This Privacy Policy describes how VANCURIO (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

  • Source of collection: Collected directly from you during checkout.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our e-commerce processor Shopify.

Customer Support Information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, location, email address, and phone number.

  • Purpose of collection: To provide dedicated customer support and handle technical/warranty inquiries.

  • Source of collection: Collected directly from you when you submit a support ticket.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with integrated marketing and customer support tools (e.g., Google, Meta, Klaviyo).

2. MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 20. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please immediately contact us at support@vancurio.store to request deletion.

Retention

Our payment processors and Shopify use limited automated decision-making solely to prevent high-risk fraudulent transactions (such as temporary denylists of IP addresses or credit cards associated with repeated failed payment attempts). GDPR (EEA Residents)

Your data will be initially processed in Ireland and then transferred outside of Europe for secure storage, including to Canada and the United States.
